My approach
I've always been seduced by the terroir, no doubt the expression of a deep-rooted Burgundian family DNA...
Attracted to the arts since childhood, particularly those of the table, I first immersed myself in cooking and then, by association, in wine. It was an obvious choice.
After having had the chance to flirt with some fine Burgundy estates, I then set off to discover other terroirs to enrich my knowledge through beautiful encounters and rich tastings.
In May 2024, I decided to balance my professional life dedicated to new technologies with an activity linked to the notion of terroir, which is so dear to me.
I like to gather a few epicurean friends around convivial dinners and pass on the passion that drives me. Fascinated by small estates as much as large ones, I have built up a cellar over the years. Little by little, I came to order wine for my friends, then friends of friends, then family of friends etc... and it was only natural that I should take on the role of wine sales agent, guided by benevolent elders, a role that I still play today.
Today, I work with several estates. I attach particular importance to the human relationships I develop with the winemakers and to the sensibility they express in their bottles. I admire the work they do and the quality they deliver. I strive to showcase this terroir to both private and professional customers.
